Dr. Pam Strausser is a behavioral scientist, consulting on behavior in organizations.  Although she has worked with all sectors, her primary focus continues to be higher education and the particular challenges of faculty.  During her 30 years at Cornell, she taught a variety of programs for faculty and department chairs, and consulted on department and laboratory dynamics.  Pam continues to consult to and to teach the Leadership Program for Post Docs.

Mostly retired, she spends free time as a Master Gardener Volunteer, taking care of her grandsons and rediscovering competencies in language and sewing.  She lives in Ithaca with her husband.
