Foula serves as Senior Advisor for EOP, HEOP, and P3, and as First Gen Program Coordinator for OADI.  Foula has engaged with a wide range of communities, with work centered on the intersections of hir own and others' identities throughout hir life. Some of Foula’s salient identities include: Appalachian, transmasculine, white, queer, first-generation, organizer, and writer– which expand hir personal and professional lives.

Foula is guided by two core beliefs: we are all teachers and learners, and every person is the expert on their own life. These beliefs shape hir commitment to building spaces where people can be themselves, raise their voices, and pursue their own paths.

Outside of work, Foula enjoys board games, video games, RPGs, LEGO, attending plays, and reading, often alongside hir partner, Kay, and their fur babies, Juniper and Gato. Ze finds inspiration in George Bernard Shaw's words: "We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”

Since joining Keeton in January 2026, Foula has embraced its focus on connection and wayfinding. The compass reminds hir that we navigate life's complexities together, while the pigeon invites curiosity and playfulness into everyday community life.
