Fahrisa Islam Maisha

Fahrisa is a rising third-year PhD student at CALS in the department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, where she studies small extracellular vesicles in fruit flies and their role in reproductive success. She completed her Bachelors with Honors in Life Sciences from Yale-NUS College. Afterwards, she worked at Yale School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School/Broad Institute on various immunology and statistical genetics research projects. In her free time, she likes to cook and bake for her loved ones, read, play board games with friends, and watch films(she invites any conversation on movies, TV, and literature!).
