Emily Pace is the administrative coordinator for Alice Cook House. She has been working on West Campus for 6 years, and at Cornell University for 11 years. Emily is passionate about working with students and has years of experience working collaboratively with undergraduate and graduate students in support roles. Emily received a BS in Biology from SUNY New Paltz and an AOS in Baking and Pastry from the Culinary Institute of America. In her free time, Emily enjoys gardening, pottery, hiking, baking, playing piano, knitting, and cuddling with her kitty, Poe. Emily is also a novice beekeeper and enjoys the challenge and constant learning associated with beekeeping, as well as the connection to nature.
