At Bethe, our team provides our residents with opportunities to live our principles of:

  Seek to learn for the sake of learning and venturing beyond our majors and areas of expertise to embrace new experiences and resist the narrowing effects of pre-professionalization.
• Inquiry
  Engage critically and thoughtfully with ideas, questions, and perspectives. Inquiry means not settling for easy answers but cultivating habits of reflection, dialogue, and evidence-based reasoning to deepen understanding and challenge assumptions.
• Community
  Foster meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging by bridging differences and finding common ground. Connection calls us to listen actively, collaborate generously, and recognize the interdependence that strengthens both individual growth and community well-being.

We do this through various formal and informal engagements throughout the year planned by our House Leadership, GRFs, URFs, and Active Citizens.
