Jill is a second-year PhD student in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Her research broadly explores how physical and digital workspace environments shape organizational outcomes and work processes. Before graduate school, Jill spent over 5 years in San Francisco working for various tech startups. She holds a B.A. in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago.

Outside of research, Jill is a certified thrill seeker, whether it’s rock climbing, skiing, hiking, surfing, or scuba diving. She also enjoys live music and movies.
