My name is Ciara Orr, and I am so excited to be Bethe North's URF this year. I am a junior in ILR with plans of becoming an attorney. I love spending time with my four-year-old little sister and my Black Labrador Retriever, Bailey, as well as going to concerts. I am eager for the great year we have ahead!
