Anyerys is a current developmental biology Ph.D. student in the department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. She earned her Biology BSc from Union College in upstate New York. Her previous work focused on how organs gained their unique shapes and how they remain conserved over evolutionary time.

Mike Fontaine came to Cornell in 2004 and has risen through the ranks. As a Professor of Classics (the fancy name for the study of ancient Greece and Rome), he investigates Latin literature from ancient Rome through the Renaissance.

Fiber scientist Margaret Frey creates nanofibers that are hundreds of times thinner than a human hair, and studies the way these fibers can remove pathogens from air and water, aid textile biodegradation, and offer cooling on a warming planet.

Tristan Ivory is an assistant professor in the Department of Global Labor and Work in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. His research is principally concerned with sub-Saharan African geographic, social, and economic mobility and cross-national comparisons of labor market inequality faced by recently arrived workers.

Matthew Jarek is a student of the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. His professional interests lie at the intersection of law and finance, especially in emerging markets and equity research. After Cornell, he hopes to attend a T14 Law School and break into Corporate Law. Beyond the classroom, Matt is an avid athlete.

She is interested in international human rights, environmental law, and corporate law. Danielle holds a B.S. in Environment & Sustainability, with a minor in Climate Change from Cornell University.

Yael Levitte is the Senior Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Development and Diversity at Cornell University. Levitte works closely with the deputy provost on faculty recruiting, retention, and development issues. She oversees dozens of educational and community-building programs that support faculty across their careers.
