Hello, and welcome to Alice Cook House Dining!

My name is Pyi-Phyo Aung, Chef Manager here at Alice Cook House. I’m originally from Myanmar and have been proud to serve with Cornell Dining for the past 19 years.

I am passionate about sharing the rich and diverse flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine with our students and the broader Cornell community. I believe that delivering good, healthy food starts with a strong, dedicated team—one that brings care and creativity to every dish we serve.

With teamwork, passion, and a focus on flavor, we strive to create memorable dining experiences for our students. A happy kitchen leads to happy food, and happy food leads to happy people.
