Ayaj Rana
Graduate Resident Fellow (GRF)
Ayaj Rana is a PhD candidate at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR), where he studies how technological and institutional change reshapes the organization of expert work. Before moving to Ithaca, he earned a Master of Public Policy at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies as a Fulbright scholar. He holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh, where he also taught as a faculty member for four years. In his spare time, Ayaj plays cricket and badminton, follows soccer, and enjoys legal and political dramas and documentaries.
