Hello! My name is Martin Fennimore, and I’m thrilled to return to Flora Rose House as Head Chef. Having previously served as the Lead Cook here for many years, this feels like a homecoming. I bring with me over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having managed and cooked in a wide variety of establishments, each with its own unique style and flavor.

My culinary passion lies in Southern cooking—rich, soulful, and rooted in tradition. I’m excited to bring that warmth and flavor to the Flora Rose community, while also embracing the diverse tastes and preferences of everyone here.

Born and raised in Newfield, New York, I’m a proud local who deeply values community, collaboration, and good food. I look forward to working with the incredible team at Flora Rose House and creating memorable meals together.
